From the CEO: Feeling the Love

Dear Friend,
Words cannot properly capture the feeling in the room as Interfaith Works commemorated 50 years of service to the people of Montgomery County. It was a night to honor the progress we have made throughout the years and the people who have supported these efforts. Joy and jazz music both filled the air, as we continued to raise money to support those who need it most. This milestone fundraising event was a true celebration of the Montgomery County community.
It was delightful to see how many worlds this celebration pulled together. Some attendees were learning about IW was for the very first time. Others have been affiliated with our organization for years - for some, decades - as steadfast supporters, staff members, and board members.
We face many challenges ahead. But our celebration was a potent reminder of how much strength we draw every day from you, our supporting community, old friends and new. Together, we can accomplish great things by helping our neighbors find a pathway to stability.
